By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

PK Innovations s. r. o. does not directly store complete payment card numbers or CVV/CVC security codes.

Stripe and the relevant financial institutions may perform fraud prevention, authorization, security, and compliance checks before approving a transaction.

An order may be delayed, rejected, or cancelled if payment authorization is unsuccessful.

8. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders may be stored, prepared, packed, and shipped through our fulfillment partner ShipBob and through third-party shipping carriers.

Shipping times displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

customs clearance;

carrier disruptions;
incorrect address information;
public holidays;
local delivery conditions;
